To complete your membership application and activate member privileges, payment of our $100 annual recurring dues ($110 if you elect to make a one-time payment; $120 if you pay by check) is required using on our online payment portal (paypal).  Subsequent to your initial payment, you will be charged the then current dues on the anniversary date of your membership.  You may cancel at any time.  No refunds will be provided if you cancel your account more than 30 days after your renewal date.

Rochester Housing Solutions is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Your membership dues are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your payment. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your payment.
