Our service model includes a Community Builder, a resource to serve as a mentor, build relationships, and safeguard our IDD residents.
Why We Need It: A full life requires lasting social relationships, access to the community, and the opportunity to continuously learn new skills. Government benefits do to not cover this level of support.
What Your Donation Pays For: The cost to employ two Community Builders to support both neighborhoods.

Green Spaces
Our neighborhoods feature spaces designed to bring our residents together and build community.
Why We Need It: Isolation is a huge challenge for adults with disabilities. Having spaces intentionally designed to create opportunities for all of our residents to socialize and recreate together will foster lasting friendships.
What Your Donation Pays For: Picnic tables, adaptive playground equipment, basketball hoops, and more.

Financial Assistance
Everyone hits a bump in the road from time to time. We want to prevent them from turning into life-changing events.
Whey We Need It: We never want one of our IDD residents to be unable to thrive in our neighborhoods because of an unexpected expense.
What Your Donation Pays For: A rainy-day fund to assist our residents experiencing financial hardship or needing help transitioning in or out of our neighborhoods.

General Donation
